A Little Inside Info

Why is your photo location your favorite York destination?

I love everything about Central Market – the rich history, local products, variety of vendors and familiar faces. I am passionate about supporting the local community and enjoy being involved in the downtown movement.

What York organizations are you passionate about and why?

YWCA York is an organization I am passionate about because their mission truly resonates with me. The YWCA supports women in every capacity, from childhood to adulthood, in an effort to educate, strengthen and advocate for positive change. By being a part of the YWCA, I can help make a difference locally in the lives of women and children who need change.

What activities do you enjoy and why?

I am fortunate to wake up every day with the ability to hop on the rail trail and run until I’m tired. Running provides an outlet for me to be in total control – run as fast or slow or as far as I’d like. Within the past few years, I’ve enjoyed running in local races and traveling to new cities to run.
