Account Executive

Amanda Mills, Moxie’s newest Account Executive, is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans that drive results for our clients, including both traditional efforts and new media opportunities.

Prior to joining our team, Amanda worked for the York County Convention & Visitors Bureau (YCCVB), York County’s official tourism promotion agency. During her four years with the YCCVB, Amanda was responsible for key marketing efforts including developing and managing cost-effective marketing campaigns, public relation efforts, and design.

Amanda graduated magna cum laude from Temple University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication/Journalism. She lives with her husband, Gregory Mills,  in the city.

A Little Inside Info

What activities do you enjoy and why?

I love sports. Each summer my sisters and I play softball together, and I love not only the thrill of the game but sharing that time with them.

What keeps you professionally motivated?

One week before my college graduation, my father passed away. You always hear the expression “Life is short” but in that moment I truly understood that it is. I feel blessed to wake up each day and do something that I am not only proud of, but enjoy. Life is my motivation. At the end of the day, I want to feel as if I accomplished something to the best of my ability.

What do you do outside of work? What are you known for? What do you love?

I love to bake! I enjoy trying new recipes and only bake from scratch. My husband’s favorite recipe is my chocolate cake with homemade strawberry jam, chocolate mousse and fresh whipped cream.
